BASIC & DETAILED DESIGN

This Design stage relies on the framework of the Conceptual Design to provide engineering solutions. The emphasis is to integrate Process, facility, GMP & best practices. All major aspects of a Project delivery viz., Time, Cost & Quality are precisely addressed during this stage of the Project.
Process & Engineering systems are integrated into the layout design & engineering deliverables. This is an exhaustive phase of Project and converts all facility requirements into quantitative aspects. Appropriate tools & systems are used to generate accurate Drawings & Documentation. The emphasis is to generate high quality of engineering  drawings which shall help during the Construction stage of the Project.
Defining the URS for major process equipment & Technical Specifications for integrated systems is carried out during this stage. We can extend our support during procurement process with pre-qualification of vendors, evaluation of bids, procurement plan & documentation.
The deliverables of this design phase are detailed in nature & this phase also gets feedback from market during procurement. This helps  our clients get closer to reliable  & predictable construction cost & technology trends.
